Structural Biology Operating Manual

The operating manual for the biology-domain layer of Universal Collapse Theory. It provides postulates SBIO-0 through SBIO-8, workflow SB-W0, protocols SB-P1 through SB-P5, the SB-RS reporting standard, and a compact biology-domain S₁–S₂–S₃ signature schema. Three worked examples carry the practice: whole-body glucose regulation, bacterial commitment under uncertainty (chemotaxis and stress response), and evolutionary scaffolding.

The manual does not restate WP03's argument; it makes that argument usable. It cross-references Records Across Nature, Life, and Mind for the persistence layer, The Structuralization of Empiricism for stabilization architecture and the signature schema, and the Update Integrity Standard for update-integrity governance. Biological Faith Systems is the standalone treatment of commitment under uncertainty; protocol SB-P3 is that paper's operational reduction.

What this paper does not claim. The manual introduces no new biological law-level claims. It translates the structural framework into working biology-domain practice and stays compatible with standard physiology, developmental biology, evolutionary biology, systems biology, and ecology.
